Louise: Extraction

Louise is chemistry postgraduate student at the University of Queensland. A component of her research involves extracting particular chemical components from marine organisms called nudibranchs. I had the pleasure of following her around as she prepared her sample to be extracted. I documented the various steps/actions that she needed to perform in order to extract these chemicals and transferred these actions to paper. It struck me that many of the actions could be documented like a time graph. Again, I was attempting to look at scientific action through the lens of science.
